Owner, Choreographer & CreativeDirector

Karen founded Dance Dimensions in 1999 after beginning her own teaching career at just 14 years old. Under her direction, the studio has earned numerous regional and national honors and been named Albany’s Best Dance Studio for multiple years running. Karen’s greatest joy is watching Dance Dimensions grow into both a strong dance program and a true family and community.

Ballet & Pointe Instructor

Miss Stephanie earned her BFA from SUNY Purchase and danced professionally in New York City with companies including Lydia Johnson Dance and Michael Mao Dance. She's helped students earn spots in top university dance programs and is a member of the International Association of Dance Medicine and Science

Lyrical, Contemporary & Jazz Instructor

rA Dance Dimensions alumna with a Bachelor's in Dance from Eastern University, Jordan is a certified Safe In Dance International Instructor and a licensed mental health counselor. She founded DD's Adaptive dance program and specializes in lyrical, contemporary, and jazz choreography.

Hip Hop Instructor

With over 25 years of training across nearly every dance genre, Miss Dee has been a Dance Dimensions faculty member for 16 years. Her vibrant, energetic Hip-Hop classes blend street jazz, majorette, stepping, African dance, and dancehall.

Modern & Contemporary Instructor

Melissa trained and performed with FusionWorks II Dance Company before earning her BA in Theatre and Dance from Keene State College, following study at the Boston Conservatory at Berklee. She continues to perform with Barnhill Movement Collective and teaches modern, contemporary, ballet, jazz/lyrical, and strength training at DD.

Lyrical, Contemporary, Jazz & Tap Instructor

Morgan earned her BFA in Dance Choreography and Performance from East Carolina University and has over 20 years of performance experience working with acclaimed choreographers. She specializes in choreography and technique across lyrical, contemporary, jazz, and tap.

Recreational Dance Teacher

Tina has taught recreational dance since 1979, with a special love for helping beginner dancers build a strong foundation and confidence. Dance Dimensions holds a special place in her heart as a studio she's shared with her own family over the years.

Dance Instructor

Bre began dancing at Dance Dimensions at age seven and went on to dance with the Albany Empire and the UAlbany Great Danes Dance Team, competing at UDA College Nationals. She's taught at DD since age 19, specializing in jazz and technique.

Jazz Teacher & Choreographer

Olivia trained at Dance Dimensions for 15 years before dancing with the Albany AFL team and at UAlbany, where she served as team captain for three years. She specializes in jazz, lyrical, college prep, and pom, and loves being back at the studio where she grew up.

Tap, Jazz & Ballet Instructor

A Dance Dimensions alumna, Chloe has danced for 16 years, with tap as her specialty, and has taught for 4 years. She loves the meaningful connections she builds with students as they grow in confidence and their love of dance.

Hip Hop Instructor

Emely has danced for 14 years and taught for 6, with a focus on Hip Hop, Reggaeton, and Street Jazz. She creates a space where dancers build confidence, challenge themselves, and have fun while developing their skills.
